FULL BODY FAT LOSS WORKOUT (NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED)

Not only is working out great at reducing stress but also for clearing your mind, losing fat, and building some lean muscle.

One of the most common problems we see right now is people not having a lot of time to fit their workouts in. The kids are out of school, their schedule is all over the place and they just can’t seem to fit it in.

I wanted to make things super easy on you and still give you an opportunity to get a great workout in, in the comfort of your own home.

Here’s a great full body fat loss workout that requires no equipment.

 

Your Workout

 Here’s how its going to work.

You’re going to do five exercises in a row with minimal rest between exercises. After you complete one round, you can rest 1-2 minutes and then go back through the same exercises again for 2 more rounds.

If you’re just starting out, take it slow, rest as you need. If you’re more advanced really try to go hard and minimize your rest between rounds.

A1. Bodyweight Squat                           x 10 reps

A2. Push-up to Cross Body Mt. Climber x 10 reps

A3. Reverse Lunge to Twist                   x 10 reps each side

A4. Bear Crawl                                       x 5 yards down/back

A5. Walkout to Shoulder Tap                 X 10 reps

This workout should take you anywhere from 10-20 minutes.
