 There’s no doubt that during this crazy time we all want to stay as healthy as we can. The good thing is, there are a few certain supplements that we can take that will boost our immune system, lower inflammation, and keep us performing at an optimal level.

These 4 supplements should be taken every day. Not only are they good for keeping us healthy and strong but will also help you recover from exercise and balance your hormones.

1.Vitamin D

Vitamin D has been proven and over and over to boost your immune system, lower inflammation, and help build muscle by boosting your natural testosterone levels. Aim to get 2,000-5,000 IU’s per day.

2. Vitamin C

We all know vitamin c from it’s immune boosting properties. But also does a whole lot more that we tend to forget. Vitamin C also helps to reduce free radicals in the body, assist in collagen production, and keeps our skin looking it’s best. Aim to get 1,000 – 2,000 mg per day.

3. Zinc

Zinc is one of the most often overlooked supplements. It’s pretty much an all-star and if you take all three of these together, It might be safe to say that you’ve bulletproofed yourself. Zinc, obviously is great for boosting your immune system, but it’s also great for balancing your hormones and protein synthesis. Aim to get around 50mg per day.
