
Step 1: Enrollment
Athletes must enroll prior to the start of each training block. Open enrollment begins two weeks prior to the start of each block. Sign up to your reserve spot!

Step 2: Education
The first week of every block is one of the most important. Our coaches will take the time to assess each athlete and teach them the proper technique to ensure safety and maximize performance while training.

Step 3: Testing
The test phase provides our coaches and athletes with quantifiable feedback. All athletes are tested in thier second and final week of training. APE STRENGTH has designed specific testing protocols in relation to age, sport, gender, and ability.

Step 4: Performance Period
The performance period is the meat and potatoes of the training plan. Each block is aimed to develop explosive power, increase strength, improve mobility, increase speed, agility, and quickness.
