GET STARTED WITH APE PERFORMANCE
STEP 1: REGISTRATION
12-Week Performance Program
• Start Date: May 31, 2021
• End Date: August 21, 2021
• Registration: Opens March 29, 2021
STEP 2: EDUCATION & TESTING
The first two weeks are important!
Our coaches will take the time to assess each athlete and provide thorough education on proper technique to ensure safety and maximize performance while training.
During the testing phase, coaches will provide each athlete with quantifiable feedback. APE Performance has designed specific testing protocols in relation to age, sport, gender, and ability.
STEP 3: PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Where the rubber meets the road.
Show up to deliver on the promise you made to yourself! Develop explosive power, increase strength, improve mobility, increase speed, agility, and quickness that gets you in the game, off the charts & in their sites.
Athletes train in small groups, knowing that APE Performance coaches can provide personalized instruction and feedback to help every committed athlete reach their goal & exceed their goals over the next 10 weeks.

If you haven’t already noticed the difference and maybe even exceeded your goals, final assessments will provide each athlete with quantifiable feedback that shows just how far they’ve come!

Keeping you in the game is our #1 priority. Our small group setting allows the APE fitness team to monitor your progress and work with you to safely & correctly complete your training program.
Chief Performance Expert, Chris Brainard earned his degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. His rehab to field bridge training programs are in high demand with athletes who are coming off injury rehab and want to get back in the game at 100%.

I went to Arizona State University on a full athletic scholarship to play indoor and beach volleyball, and I am currently a professional volleyball player in Switzerland playing for Viteos NUC.
I have worked out at APE since I was in middle school (2008). I have never felt better physically than I do when I spend my off-seasons at APE.
My vertical increases dramatically, I get stronger and all-together just feel HEALTHY! The workouts with Paul always get me completely ready for volleyball season- strong knees, ankles, shoulders, core, everything!
I notice the way my body changes when I’m away from APE, too, and I’m always telling them that they just needs to move around with me (haha!).
It’s no surprise to say that I always look forward to getting back into the gym with APE because I feel the absolute best then. I love my APE family!
