Chris Brainard

Hi I’m Coach Chris! Playing sports has always been a huge part of my life growing up as a kid. 

After playing football at Southlake Carroll I went on to play for the University of North Texas.

Helping others become the best version of themselves has always been a passion of mine. I believe in the go-giving mindset and want to help people become their best. I can’t wait to see you in the gym.

Jon Borth

Hi everyone! I’m Jon. I grew up playing baseball and basketball and continued playing all the way through high school.

I enjoy helping athletes and adults get stronger and more powerful. Can’t wait to meet you and help you achieve your fitness goals.
