Each session starts by addressing our athletes’ functional mobility. Opening key functional areas helps them train and perform pain-free.
Activation targets the key muscle groups which provide stability throughout the system, ensuring that our athletes are functioning optimally.
Targeted Movement prepares athletes for their prospective sport. After we’ve addressed mobility and stability, we then start to progress to more dynamic movements that will prepare our athletes with the required strenghts.
