Adult fitness doesn’t need to be complicated. It simply comes down to do a few things really well!

Here’s the 3 common struggles we see when adults come to us for guidance.

1️⃣ Trying to do too much to soon. If you’ve gotten out of a routine it’s ok. Don’t sweat it. Start slow by training 2x a week

2️⃣ Not having a plan. There’s nothing worse than walking into a gym and trying to figure out what you should do. Fighting for equipment and trying to discover what is going to work is not a good strategy.

3️⃣ No Structured Program. Let’s face it, most people just resort to what they did when they were in high school or college. You need a strong training system that will accommodate where you’re at and where you want to go.
