APE FITNESS & PERFORMANCE
We are a team of coaches who are dedicated to helping adults & athletes become the strongest version of themselves. We are looking for interns who have a passion for helping others and care about making a difference in people’s lives.
APE Fitness & Performance offers intern positions for the Fall, Spring, and Summer. The summer is the busiest time of year for us and typically take on 2 interns during the summer training sessions. Internships are not paid experiences.
At APE Fitness & Performance we are on a mission to provide our clients with best hour of their day. We want to empower them through health and performance and guide them on the path to becoming the strongest version of themselves.
Our Internship program is designed to provide practical experience for new coaches in the field of health and performance.
We want to give interns an experience that will help propel them and give them the tools they need to be successful in the field of health and performance.
Our primary goal for our interns is for them to join a highly motivated and skilled team in which will challenge them to grow and become better coaches.

DURATION & HOURS
This is an unpaid internship. However, if you excel in our environment and community there could be potential for hire. Possible workdays are Monday-Saturday. Hours are subject to change based on season and athlete enrollment.
Fall Semester – August 27th – November 19th
Spring Semester – January 10th – May 17th
Summer Semester – June 1st – August 16th
Hours will vary depending on season and availability
Properly demonstrating drills and exercises
Assisting Adults and Athletes in a Semi-Private Training Setting
Assisting Performance Coaches with all aspects of training and testing of athletes
Daily Facility Set-Up/Tear Down
Maintenance and Cleaning
