We are excited to offer a training schedule that will improve their performance & take it to the next level!

  • YADP (Youth Athletic Development Program): Male or Female athletes entering 5th & 6th grade.

  • Sports Performance MSMale or Female athletes entering 7th – 8th grade.

  • Sports Performance HSMale or Female athletes entering 9th – 12th grade.

  • Volleyball Vertical Jump ProgramFemale athletes entering 7th grade & up.

  • Female Athlete Injury Prevention is designed specifically for Female athletes entering 7th – 12th grade.

    To ensure each athlete is assigned the appropriate time slot and gets the coaching and attention they deserve, we have a tight schedule that we adhere to.

    YADP (YOUTH ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM)

    YAPD is for 5th & 6th graders looking to improve strength, speed, running mechanics, agility, body awareness, and prevent injury.

    We will be teaching them the proper fundamentals of training and building proper movement patterns so they can be successful.

    $159.00 per month.

    SPORTS PERFORMANCE

    Our proven RAMP Method is tailored to meet individual needs and goals!

    Our state-of-the-art technology ensures athletes efficiently train for optimal performance. Building Speed, Power, Strength & Agility to help athletes develop an unfair advantage.

    VOLLEYBALL VERTICAL JUMP

    11 am & 12:15 pm Sessions

    Our Volleyball Vertical Jump Program Is Designed To:

    • Add inches to your vertical

    • Improve speed, agility, and lateral quickness

    • Improve Conditioning

    • Improve Mobility & Flexibility

    • Reduce the risk of injury

    Pre & Post Testing Included

    We will only be taking 8 girls per time slot to ensure we give each individual the proper coaching and attention they need to be successful.

    FEMALE ATHLETE INJURY PREVENTION

    3 & 5 pm Sessions

    Female athletes are 4 – 5x times more likely to get injured.

    Designed for High School & Middle School athletes who are looking to increase performance but also reduce the risk of injury.

    We will spend a lot of time on building strength around the proper joints so they get the strength & stability needed for success and prevent injury.
