YADP (Youth Athletic Development Program): Male or Female athletes entering 5th & 6th grade

Sports Performance MS:  Male or Female athletes entering 7th – 8th grade.

Sports Performance HS:  Male or Female athletes entering 9th – 12th grade.

Volleyball Vertical Jump Program:  Female athletes entering 7th grade & up.

Female Athlete Injury Prevention is designed specifically for Female athletes entering 7th – 12th grade.

 

To ensure each athlete is assigned the appropriate time slot and gets the coaching and attention they deserve, we have a tight schedule that we adhere to.

YAPD is for 5th & 6th graders looking to improve strength, speed, running mechanics, agility, body awareness, and prevent injury.

We will be teaching them the proper fundamentals of training and building proper movement patterns so they can be successful.

Designed for High School & Middle School athletes who are looking to increase performance but also reduce the risk of injury.

We will spend a lot of time on building strength around the proper joints so they get the strength & stability needed for success and prevent injury.
