Our Youth Athletic Development Program is a training system that addresses multiple qualities

RANGE OF MOTION
Each session starts by addressing our athletes’ functional mobility. Opening key functional areas helps them train and perform pain-free.
Activation targets the key muscle groups which provide stability throughout the system, ensuring that our athletes are functioning optimally.
Targeted Movement prepares athletes for their prospective sport. Progression to more dynamic movements that prepares athletes with the required strength.
Our state-of-the-art technology ensures athletes train efficiently for optimal performance. Building Speed, Power, Strength & Agility for a competitive advantage.
Training is hard work but we make it fun! Our athletes leave each session feeling accomplished.

It’s been proven that focusing on different qualities at a young age will help athletes’ performance as they develop.
We always recommend that athletes start training around 5th & 6th grade as this is where we can start teaching the basics and fundamentals of movement and strength training. This will provide your son and daughter with a solid foundation as they head into middle school and high school.
Because we want to give our athletes the attention they deserve, we only take a limited number of athletes.
