Our internship program is specifically designed to progress your learning and build your confidence and skill set. Throughout each internship program you will gain real world experience, participate in weekly educational sessions hosted by one of our coaches and also completing a weekly learning assignment.
You will gain experience in the following areas:
Participants gain knowledge in creating effective and personalized training programs.
Trainers enhance their communication and teamwork abilities through direct client interactions.
The program includes rehabilitation strategies to assist athletes in safely resuming their sport.
After completing our internship program, you will gain the confidence and experience to further develop your career as a sports performance coach. The tangibles and skills you will learn will help propel you for a successful career.
Internship Dates
Interns must be able to complete their internship course within the following time frames:
Fall Internship: Third Week of August - First Week of November
Spring Internship: Second Week of January - First Week of April
Summer Internship: Second Week of May - First Week of August
